Welcome to my website!
I am Shantel Means and I am a Certified Medical Micropigmentologist.
Since childhood, I have always been captivated by the beauty industry.
I would spend most of my days playing in “hair and makeup”, practicing the techniques I learned emulating my muse, my grandmother, Betty.
Life lead me down many pathways, but no matter the road, I always knew and felt that the beauty industry was calling my name and it was only a matter of time before I decided to follow my dream and become a part of it.
I decided to enroll and complete the courses required to be a permanent makeup artist at “ILLUME INSTITUTE” in Oklahoma City.
I am an Oklahoma State University alumni, with over eighteen years of customer service experience.
In addition to my customer service skills, I listen well, and I am always willing to receive your input, this is a major key in achieving client needs.
After completing all Oklahoma state licensure requirements, I began offering permanent cosmetics in Fall 2021.
I pride myself on offering the most modern and safest techniques within the permanent makeup industry.
I strive to make you look like the best version of yourself.
